Your safety is our top priority

Because the health and safety of our guests are always our top priorities, we’ve instituted the procedures outlined below to keep you safe during your tour.  

Buses:
  • Follow CDC and Texas Governor’s Guidance on cleanliness

  • Seats, handles, and all surfaces fully sanitized after each tour

  • Disinfection of entire bus after every tour

 

Tour Directors:
  • Tour Directors will wear face masks when not addressing tour group from a safe distance

  • Tour Directors will screen daily for

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Chills

    • Repeated shaking with chills

    • Muscle pain

    • Headache

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Diarrhea

    • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature > 100°

    • Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

  • Temperature check at bus prior to each tour

 

Guests:
  • Your Tour Director will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer prior to boarding the bus.  On hot days, we recommend that you stay cool in your air-conditioned car or in the hotel at which we are picking you up until you are ready to board.   You will not be allowed to take the tour if your temperature exceeds 100.4°

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided by your Tour Director before tours, as well as before and after each winery and restaurant stop. Social distancing is encouraged between strangers while on the bus and at the wineries and restaurants.

  • Masks are required while on the bus.

  • We’ll follow our wineries’ and restaurants’ procedures while at their sites.
