Your Safety is Our Top Priority

We’ve missed you!  Because the health and safety of our tour guides and guests are always our utmost priority, we’ve instituted several new procedures to ease any concerns you may have about joining us on an upcoming tour.  We’ve listed those procedures below, and welcome any questions you may have.

  • Follow CDC and Texas Governor’s Guidance on cleanliness

  • Seats, handles, and all surfaces fully sanitized after each tour

  • Complete disinfection of entire buses weekly

Tour Guides:
  • Tour Guides will wear face masks when not addressing tour group from a safe distance

  • Tour Guides will screen daily for

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Chills

    • Repeated shaking with chills

    • Muscle pain

    • Headache

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Diarrhea

    • Feeling feverish or a measured temperature > 100°

    • Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

  • Temperature check at bus prior to each tour

  • Your tour guide will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer prior to boarding the bus.  In order to keep your skin temperature down, we recommend that you stay in your air-conditioned car or in the hotel at which we are picking you up until you are ready to board.   You will not be let on the tour if your temperature exceeds 100.4°

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided by your Tour Guide before tours, as well as before and after each winery and restaurant stop. Social distancing is encouraged between strangers while on the bus and at the wineries and restaurants.

  • Tours made up of more than one party are limited to 12, using every other row on our 24-passenger buses.

  • Per Tarrant County requirements, masks are required while on the bus.

  • No tables of more than 10 people will be allowed at our partner wineries and restaurants.

  • We’ll follow our wineries’ and restaurants’ procedures while at their sites.
