How do the tours work?
Our Tour Directors begin their hotel pick-ups Monday-Saturday at 11:30 am (lunch) and 5:30 pm (dinner) and Sunday at 12:30 p.m. (lunch). Once all the guests are aboard, you'll get to know your Tour Director, who will tell you about Texas wine making, the north Texas wine scene and local history. Each tour includes stops at two wine-tasting locations where you will taste 4-5 wines, and a stop at a great local restaurant for a three-course meal, which of course includes more wine! At the end of the tour, your Tour Director will return you to your original pick-up location.

We encourage you to have a snack before you start your tour, because it may be a few hours before you eat. Your Tour Director may also provide a snack on the bus.

Do you donate to charity or silent auctions?
As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of requests each year. To submit a request, please email email@example.com.
Will I see grapes growing in a vineyard?
The Grapevine area is known for its wineries and wine-centric venues, not its vineyards, as the local soil is not conducive to growing quality grapes. Therefore, all of our wineries grow their grapes outside of Grapevine, most often in west Texas or down in the hill country. Wineries produce wine, and you will be tasting wine in their tasting rooms, or you may visit a wine-centric venue with a curated selection of wines they want to share with our guests.
May we bring our own alcohol to drink on the bus?
Unless you've received approval from us in advance, the answer is no. Wine drinking will be enjoyed at all of our venues. Imbibing before, or while on the bus, may prevent you from fully enjoying all of the wineries, as well as the food you are served at the restaurant. Water and snacks are available on the bus between each venue.
